Senior Managing Director, Israel Education

The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for Israel Education, a pivotal role in shaping the future of Israel education across North America. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for building and inspiring a high-performing team to advance a bold vision that strengthens Jewish identity from early childhood through immersive teen travel. This role demands a strategic and innovative approach, with a focus on developing and implementing a cohesive educational strategy that maximizes impact. The Senior Managing Director will also be a thought leader and field builder, representing the shared mission of the organization, and will be instrumental in driving the evolution of Israel and Jewish education through the design and execution of educational initiatives. Applicants for this role should be recognized leaders in Jewish and/or Israel education, with a proven track record of strategic and visionary leadership, educational innovation, and the ability to influence best practices across the field. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to Israel education, a passion for strengthening Jewish identity, and the ability to leverage research and data to inform decision-making. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and proficiency in Hebrew is an asset. The position is based in a hybrid environment, with a significant amount of travel expected throughout North America and Israel.
