Senior Vice President, Corporate Partnerships

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Corporate Partnerships to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic and entrepreneurial revenue leader with a deep understanding of the corporate philanthropy and nonprofit partnership landscape. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through various partnership models, including philanthropic grants, corporate sponsorships, and employee engagement programs. The SVP will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of high-value corporate partners, as well as securing significant new relationships. Essential duties include relationship management, partnership development, and leadership of a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing and growing multimillion-dollar corporate partnerships, strong financial acumen, and the ability to engage and inspire C-suite executives. Applicants for the SVP, Corporate Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive experience in fundraising, business development, or related fields, with a focus on corporate partnerships. The role requires a leader with exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as a strong understanding of corporate social responsibility and related trends. The candidate must be a mission-driven leader with a passion for the company's values and goals. Key qualifications include a proven ability to create and scale innovative partnership strategies, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and influencing skills. The role demands a leader with a revenue growth mindset, a strategic vision, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
