The Company is seeking a VP, Global Medical Affairs, Solid Tumors to lead the strategy and delivery of the medical and scientific value proposition worldwide, with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategic and tactical plans to enhance the solid tumor oncology portfolio, leading a high-functioning medical affairs team, and preparing for the launch of new assets. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in solid tumor experience, at least 15 years in medical affairs and/or R&D, and a proven track record in global multi-billion-dollar brands. The VP will be accountable for global medical adoption strategies, evidence generation programs, and the development of scientific communication activities. They must also have a deep understanding of market dynamics, be adept at engaging with key opinion leaders, and have experience in new product launches and global strategic planning. Candidates for this role at the company should hold an advanced degree (MPH, PharmD, PhD, MD) and have a background that demonstrates the ability to lead, coach, and motivate large teams. The position demands a leader with a strong ethical and compliant leadership style, aligned with the company's principles, and the ability to communicate effectively as a medical spokesperson. Experience in global/international markets and a background in digital transformation within the medical affairs space are desired. The role is pivotal in shaping the clinical development of new products and expanding the oncology pipeline through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a champion of patient-centricity, with a focus on creating advocacy and partnerships with key external stakeholders, including medical societies and patient organizations.
