The Company is seeking a VP, Group Art Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a creative force that thrives on diverse ideas and a unique, agile process. This role is pivotal in the development and production of compelling, original content for both current clients and new business. Responsibilities include supervising art direction, maintaining awareness of budget requirements, and ensuring the best visualization of projects. The VP, Group Art Supervisor will also be a key player in team dynamics, working closely with account and copy teams to meet strategic goals, and will be expected to be a brand champion, contributing to the success of the client's brands in a meaningful and proactive way. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a communications agency, with a preference for those with a background in pharmaceutical or HCP advertising. A strong design portfolio is essential, showcasing a variety of projects. The role requires a candidate who is a creative thought leader, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be unflappable, open-minded, and confident, and will be expected to keep abreast of emerging design and digital trends in the industry. Experience in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and a proven track record of being a brand champion are also key qualifications for this position.
