The Company is seeking a Global VP of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that covers all aspects of marketing, including brand, content, digital, product, demand generation, and events. This role demands a well-rounded marketing leader with a proven track record in end-to-end product launches, particularly in a SaaS business environment. The VP will be expected to own the success of product launches, drive a hands-on, commercially-measured go-to-market approach, and ensure that the company's brand and storytelling are strong and cohesive. Deep sports tech expertise is a plus, but the focus is on strong B2B marketing instincts and the ability to quickly grasp the nuances of the category. Applicants for the Global VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of marketing experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology. The role requires exceptional leadership and team-building skills, as well as fluency in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and segmentation. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms, and possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. While experience in sports, tech, or entertainment is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
