The Company is seeking a Vice President for RMBS and ABS Deal Structuring. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and executing RMBS and esoteric ABS transactions, from the initial analysis to the closing stage. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed cash flow models, analyzing collateral pools for various risks, and designing capital structures that meet the needs of issuers, investors, and risk management. The Vice President will also be expected to coordinate with various teams, support rating agency engagement, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities in the RMBS and esoteric ABS sectors. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a strong background in structuring, analyzing, or executing RMBS, ABS, or other securitized product transactions. A deep understanding of securitization, structured finance, bond mathematics, and fixed-income markets is essential. The role requires advanced Excel modeling skills, with Intex experience being preferred, and the ability to evaluate transaction economics, collateral performance, and credit risk. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups are also necessary. Direct experience with RMBS transactions and exposure to esoteric ABS asset classes are key qualifications, along with a background in structured finance, securitization, or capital markets.
