The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead the operational performance of its fast-growing food manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the operation, including production, warehousing, inventory, dispatch, and logistics. This pivotal role requires the development and implementation of an operational strategy to support rapid and sustainable business growth, as well as the establishment of clear performance measures, KPIs, and accountability across operational teams. The Head of Operations will also be instrumental in leading continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational performance meets safety, quality, service, efficiency, waste, and cost standards, and working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on commercial, financial, and strategic decisions. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in senior leadership within food manufacturing, with a focus on scaling or transforming operations. Essential experience includes strong capacity planning, operational control, and people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in a growing, entrepreneurial SME, particularly in a high-paced food manufacturing environment, and will be adept at balancing commercial and operational demands.
