This central role demands an analytical and business-oriented manager who can ensure the right capacity at the right time, balancing operations, quality, employee considerations, and cost-effectiveness. The Head of Workforce Management will be deeply involved in analysis, planning, and operational follow-up, and will work closely with various departments including commercial, revenue, marine, and HR.
