The Company is seeking a Head of Asset Management for its renewable energy activities in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the national asset management strategy, ensuring the technical, operational, financial, and contractual performance of the renewable asset portfolio. This role involves overseeing asset management and operations and maintenance activities, managing key partners and service providers, and implementing performance improvement plans. The Head of Asset Management will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for value creation and asset optimization, particularly through repowering, retrofitting, and integrating energy storage solutions. The position requires a strong strategic, managerial, technical, financial, and contractual background, with a focus on optimizing the technical and economic performance of the assets. Applicants for the Head of Asset Management position should have a Master's degree in a relevant technical field and 10 to 15 years' of professional experience, with a significant background in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in asset management, O&M, and energy asset portfolio management, particularly in the photovoltaic sector. Technical skills should include a solid knowledge of photovoltaic technologies, LV/MV electrical systems, and experience in performance indicators and financial management of energy assets. The role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional issues. Fluency in French and a professional level of English are required, along with the ability to interact with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
