The Company is seeking a Senior Chargeback Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex credit card dispute and chargeback cases, ensuring full compliance with card scheme regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role demands a professional with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set, in-depth technical knowledge of dispute processes, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and risk control. Key responsibilities include conducting investigations, analyzing transaction data, and recommending resolutions to minimize financial losses and risks. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, performing quality checks, and maintaining proper documentation in line with audit standards. Applicants for the Senior Chargeback Officer position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, and have a minimum of 7 years' experience in card operations, chargebacks, or dispute management. A strong knowledge of card scheme rules, particularly Visa and Mastercard, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
