Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage its financial activities and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and policies, as well as preparing financial statements, monitoring internal controls, and coordinating the annual audit process. The CFO will also be involved in key decisions related to strategic initiatives, operating models, and operational execution. This role requires the ability to provide critical financial and operational information, make actionable recommendations, and ensure the company's financial health and compliance with relevant regulations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a preference for a CPA and MBA. A minimum of 10 years' of accounting and finance experience in a management role is essential, along with proficiency in financial software and tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical application of GAAP and IFRS, strong financial acumen, and a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as the CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will be involved in communication with lenders and banks.
