The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for the quality of nursing care and the development of patient care programs that meet the needs of the community. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can collaborate with medical, clinical, and therapeutic disciplines to foster a patient-focused, team-oriented culture. The Chief Nursing Officer will also be involved in various committees, support cultural diversity, and ensure the hospital meets all relevant standards and regulations. Applicants for the Chief Nursing Officer position at the company should possess a current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a commitment to obtaining CRRN certification. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or the plan to obtain one. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, with a minimum of 2 years' in nursing management. Responsibilities include 24-hour accountability, FTE management, and oversight of policies, procedures, and budgets. The role demands a leader who can make informed decisions, optimize health, and prevent patient complications, while also celebrating the achievements of staff and patients.
