President

The Company is seeking a President to lead its flagship institution, which has a rich history of providing access and care to a diverse student population. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing student enrollment, attracting and retaining high-quality faculty and staff, and advocating for the institution within the district and with external stakeholders. This role requires a leader who can embrace the complexity of operating within a multi-college system, with a focus on collaboration, interdependence, and a passion for the greater good of all students and communities. The President will also be tasked with implementing the strategic plan, fostering relationships with donors, and leading fundraising campaigns. Applicants for the President position at the company's flagship institution must have an earned doctorate or be a doctoral candidate close to completion, with a minimum of four years' executive leadership experience in higher education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shared governance, budget management, and fundraising, as well as a proven track record of supporting diverse student populations and leading efforts in institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement. The role demands a leader of integrity, with a commitment to student success, the ability to build trust and lead teams, and a passion for the community college mission.
