The Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. The Board plays a crucial role in guiding the organization's programming and activities, from managing a large LGBTQIA+ library to hosting various community events. We are particularly interested in candidates with a can-do attitude who are willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the all-volunteer-led mission of the organization. Board members are expected to be a voice for the entire LGBTQIA+ community, and we encourage diverse members of the community to apply. The time commitment for board membership is currently 1-3 hours per week, with a focus on a capital investment campaign and the rebuilding of programming at a new interim center location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about LGBTQIA+ education, community outreach, and advocacy, and will be dedicated to helping the organization grow and strengthen its impact.
