The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead its clinical strategy and innovation. The CMO will be the senior physician executive, responsible for driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and the development of forward-thinking programs. This role is pivotal for a leader who is dedicated to building the future of healthcare delivery, shaping the organization's clinical future, and ensuring that the latest thinking in the field is integrated into daily practice. Key responsibilities include providing medical direction across all care services, leading the design and implementation of new clinical programs, owning regulatory compliance and quality performance, and driving strategic growth through new service lines and community partnerships. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have an MD or DO degree with board certification in a relevant specialty, an active or eligible Florida medical license, and at least 5 years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in guiding clinical strategy, particularly in palliative care and serious-illness management, and may have prior experience in a leadership role. Advanced degrees and experience with value-based care models are preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate core competencies in clinical excellence, program innovation, regulatory compliance, data-driven quality management, leadership, team building, and conflict resolution.
