The Company is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to join their executive team. The CCO will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and direction of clinical and nursing patient care activities in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values. This includes providing leadership support in various clinical service areas, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and advising on clinical matters. The successful candidate will also be a key member of the senior leadership team, sharing accountability for the facility's overall results and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field, with a preference for an MSN, and a minimum of 5-10 years' of related experience. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in building relationships, trust, and leading teams. Experience in continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies is essential, as is the ability to manage and lead departmental projects. The CCO will also be responsible for the hospital's emergency preparedness program and must have a background in clinical services, including acute care nursing, cardiopulmonary, environmental services, nutritional services, pharmacy, clinical laboratory, and radiology. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to motivate and influence change within the organization.
