The Company is seeking a Board Member to play a pivotal role in the professionalization and transformation of the healthcare sector. Additionally, the role involves validating pricing and business intelligence policies, implementing corporate governance and compliance mechanisms, and supervising the expansion and maturation strategy of technological subsidiaries. Applicants for the Board Member position at the company must have a proven track record in governance bodies and senior executive leadership, with a strong background in corporate restructuring, liability management, and profit optimization. A deep understanding of the value dynamics of the healthcare sector and mastery of best practices in corporate governance, risk management, and organizational architecture are essential.
