Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial transformation and industrial expansion of its Brazilian operation. The successful candidate will be a senior executive with a strong background in finance, capable of acting as a strategic business partner in a complex industrial environment. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the financial strategy, supporting the execution of business objectives, and ensuring high standards of governance and control. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial leadership, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a preference for additional qualifications such as an MBA, CPA, or CA. The CFO will be instrumental in developing financial scenarios, conducting annual planning, and leading initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in commercial finance, pricing, and banking relationships, with a focus on supporting growth strategies. Experience in the industrial sector or with organizations that have complex operations is essential.
