The Company is seeking a Vice President for Decision Sciences to lead the design, sell-in, and delivery of analytic and AI-driven solutions that are tailored to meet client business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of marketing science and campaign measurement professionals, as well as collaborating with cross-discipline teams to generate actionable intelligence. This role requires a strategic leader who can contribute to client marketing success, build strong relationships, and identify and apply the appropriate analytic and AI techniques to address client business problems and opportunities. The Vice President will also be involved in talent development, process improvement, and will be expected to champion the company's vision and strategy. Candidates for the Vice President, Decision Sciences position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of applied analytics experience in marketing analysis, with a preference for those with 5 years' in CRM, digital, or direct marketing. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced education being a plus. The role demands a strong knowledge of strategic marketing principles, statistical concepts, data architecture, and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing strong relationships, training, and mentoring others, and a passion for discovering actionable intelligence within large datasets. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
