The VP Division Manager will also be involved in the hiring and training of new associates, as well as acting as a liaison between the homebuilder and mortgage division. Applicants must have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a branch manager, with a strong background in mortgage operations and a minimum of 4-5 years' in application and processing or equivalent mortgage experience. The role requires current knowledge of closing and title requirements, loan processing, automated underwriting systems, and industry underwriting guidelines. A valid driver's license and transportation are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong computer background, including experience in mortgage software, and be adept at problem-solving and providing support to both staff and customers.
