Chief Advancement Officer (CAO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. The CAO will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to advance the academic and personal success of the students in the program. This includes overseeing fundraising efforts, building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, and ensuring the sustainability and growth of the program. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to the values of the organization, a proven track record in advancement and a strong understanding of the educational landscape, particularly in the context of supporting underrepresented and low-income students. Candidates for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior advancement role, preferably within an educational or non-profit setting, is required. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative leader. Experience in program development, management, and evaluation is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders. The role demands a high level of integrity, transparency, and a passion for the mission of the organization.
