The Company is seeking a Vice President for Network Engineering and Architecture to join their dynamic and purpose-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader in network infrastructure, with a focus on co-leading the network function and overseeing network engineering, architecture, technology strategy, project delivery, and engineering governance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the mission-critical network infrastructure is optimized to meet the demanding performance requirements of the company's trading and market systems. The VP will be responsible for leading the network engineering team, defining and maintaining network architecture standards, and driving the delivery of strategic network initiatives and technology refresh projects. Applicants must have a university degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 15 years' experience in network infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role. Strong expertise in enterprise and data center networking technologies, including ACI, VXLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN, and low-latency network design, is essential. The role requires a proven track record in designing and implementing mission-critical network infrastructure within large-scale, highly available environments, as well as experience in collaborating with application development teams to ensure network solutions are optimized for performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network protocols, packet analysis, and latency optimization techniques, and be adept at managing technical risks and driving engineering excellence.
