The Company is in search of a Senior Information Security Engineer, Associate Vice President to take on a pivotal role in leading and executing a wide range of information security initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with security governance, operations, compliance, vulnerability management, and security monitoring across the business platforms. Key responsibilities include aligning local security practices with group standards, driving security governance programs, managing security tools and controls, and supporting security incident response activities. The role also involves security operations and SOC, incident response, vulnerability and security assessment management, identity and access management, security technology management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong background in security governance and compliance programs. Technical skills should encompass a range of security areas, including SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management, penetration testing, PAM/PIM solutions, and various security technologies. Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001, or Security+. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors. A risk-based decision-making mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are also essential. Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is highly desirable.
