Head of AI Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Infrastructure to play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of an enterprise AI platform and delivering AI at an enterprise scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the long-term technology roadmap for AI infrastructure, establishing architecture and engineering standards, and partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure that technology investments align with business priorities. This role also involves leading the development of AI platform infrastructure, including the creation of scalable environments for generative AI, machine learning, and agent-based systems, as well as the design of large-scale cloud-based environments to enhance platform reliability, security, and scalability. Applicants for the Head of AI Infrastructure position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with significant experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud architecture, or related disciplines. The role requires previous team management experience, a strong technical background in areas such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, cloud infra architecture, distributed systems, data platforms, MLOps, and enterprise security and compliance.
