Associate Vice President, Ecosystem Partnership Greater Shenzhen, China Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Ecosystem Partnerships in Commercial Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing partnership strategies that align with the business's strategic priorities, particularly in the China market. This role involves engaging in partnership activities such as pitches, negotiations, and industry analysis, as well as managing relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in strategic partnership execution, knowledge of local Fin-tech and banking digital innovation trends, and strong relationship management skills. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential, with a preference for candidates with commercial banking frontline or Fin-tech experience in China. Key responsibilities for this position include project management, ensuring the delivery of partnership projects, and collaborating with global and product teams to create joint propositions. The role also requires the ability to manage partnership risks and conflicts of interest and to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. A curious and inquisitive mindset regarding banking technology and the Fin-tech landscape is a must, as is a strong focus on execution and the ability to influence others to meet deadlines. While project management and strategy experience are advantageous, they are not essential.
