The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Systems Development Manager for Post-Trade Systems within its ITD. The successful candidate will be part of the Application team, which is dedicated to the design, implementation, and support of market systems for clearing and settlement. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including system development, project implementation, business requirement analysis, resource and vendor management, and application development using modern technologies such as cloud platforms. The role also includes leading and developing a team of software developers and providing production system support. Applicants must have a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in software development, design, and production support for large-scale or mission-critical systems. A strong background in Linux, databases, CI/CD, and cloud technologies is essential, as is proficiency in Java, SQL, and shell scripting. Experience in vendor management, evaluation, and system integration, particularly within the banking or financial services sector, is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience in areas such as modern front-end application development, event-driven architecture, and API security standards. Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for this role.
