Managing Director, Executive Compensation & Board Advisory
About the Role
Greater Shenzhen, China Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Executive Compensation and Board Advisory Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing a national business network, as well as planning, designing, and implementing executive compensation and board advisory programs for a diverse client base. This role involves direct engagement with managers and executive leadership of large firms to develop compensation and reward strategies that align with business and human capital objectives. The Managing Director will also be expected to think strategically in client partnerships, provide high-quality consulting advice, and manage key accounts to ensure long-term relationships. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a client-focused role, with a preference for those with a background in the high-tech industry. Strong market knowledge, an established local network, and expertise in either reward or executive compensation are essential. The role requires a proven track record in helping clients achieve their business goals through human capital initiatives, as well as excellent project management and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven achiever with a strong value for teamwork, collaboration, and integrity, and will possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and associates. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is also a requirement.
