The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping the people strategy and building a scalable HR platform to support the company's next stage of development. This includes defining and executing the people and culture agenda, with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent development, and building scalable HR infrastructure. The CPO will lead the full HR agenda, from organizational design to workforce planning, and will be a core member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and investment partners. The ideal CPO for the company will have a proven track record as a senior HR leader in private equity-backed, complex, and fast-moving environments, with a strong preference for those with experience in high-growth, consumer-facing organizations. The role requires a candidate with a background in retail or adjacent consumer sectors, who has successfully led organizational transformation, talent development, and built scalable HR capabilities. Strong experience in China and proficiency in Mandarin are essential, as the CPO will be expected to operate in an entrepreneurial and performance-driven environment, linking people strategy directly to business priorities and driving organizational transformation to enhance business performance.
