Assistant Vice President, Product Development, Insurance Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Product Development, to lead the end-to-end development of individual life insurance products, from design and pricing through launch. Responsibilities include overseeing product documentation and approvals, monitoring post-launch performance and recommending enhancements or repricing, and ensuring products meet governance, regulatory, and audit requirements. The role also coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders, conducts market and competitor analysis, and prepares reports and submissions for governance bodies. The successful candidate will lead product improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to strengthen the product portfolio. Candidates should have strong experience in individual life and health insurance product development or management, including familiarity with protection and savings products, critical illness riders, market trends, and customer needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with creativity and the ability to influence and collaborate across business functions. A graduate degree in Business Management, Actuarial studies, or a related field is required.
