The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Performance Management and Planning within the Chief Operating Officer's (COO) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and driving the financial, headcount, hiring, and operational performance management of the GTO. This role involves ensuring effective planning, reporting, monitoring, and continuous process improvement. The AVP will partner closely with finance, HR, and business stakeholders to provide accurate insights, facilitate decision-making, and enhance productivity through data-driven management practices. Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end financial, headcount, and hiring planning cycles, preparing various reports, and supporting the performance management team in the preparation and monitoring of financials. The role also requires the AVP to lead the clearing house process, analyze hiring requests, and ensure alignment with approved budgets and workforce plans. The ideal candidate should be adept at producing regular management reports, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights.
