The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Product Owner for the Risk Management Group. This role is pivotal in the digitization efforts to strengthen risk management, including policy implementation, proactive portfolio management, and internal and regulatory reporting. The AVP, Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver improved risk management, drive business growth, and enhance user experiences. Key responsibilities for this role include understanding business processes, policies, data, and platforms in the credit risk management space, and applying a structured approach to identify and define product opportunities. The role also involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to user support, and establishing a feedback loop for continuous optimization. The ideal candidate should be purpose-driven, with a strong passion for delivering tangible outcomes, and have the ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and problem-solve. A background in business transformation, with a preference for experience in finance and digital innovation projects, is required. Knowledge of credit products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
