The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Regional Avaloq Specialist Business Lead for Investments within the Consumer Banking Group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and championing the development roadmap for functionalities within the Avaloq banking system. This role is pivotal in ensuring that product enhancements align with strategic business objectives, deliver maximum value, and meet regulatory and market demands. Responsibilities include leading and executing change initiatives, managing the product backlog, and acting as a change agent for the effective rollout of new features. The role also involves being a subject matter expert in wealth management products and processes, with a dedicated focus on the new Avaloq Taiwan booking center implementation. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5-10 years' of experience as a change manager, product owner, or business analyst, with a minimum of 2 years' in private banking. A sound knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System is mandatory. The role requires good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to act as a product owner, business lead, and business analyst for the wealth segment. The ideal candidate will be adept at change management, systematic analysis of standard operating procedures, and delivering improvements through project implementation. The position demands a professional who can collaborate closely with agile development teams, provide clear direction, and ensure a shared understanding of product vision and sprint goals.
