The Lead Functional Business Analyst will be instrumental in shaping the end-state vision of the product, ensuring that the workflow design is intuitive, efficient, and in line with regulatory requirements. Strong design-thinking capabilities, product design experience, and a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory standards are essential. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include stakeholder relationship management, talent development, capabilities and requirements analysis, testing, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global regulatory environment, strong product design and solutioning experience, and familiarity with compliance technology platforms. They should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage organizational ambiguity, and a strategic, forward-thinking approach to challenges.
