The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Security Regulatory and Compliance Lead in Information Security Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first Line-of-Defense and focal point for team risk and control matters. This role involves coordinating and running programs to enhance the risk posture, supporting day-to-day operations with approvals, risk reviews, and process refinements, and collaborating across units to drive risk reduction initiatives. The AVP will also be tasked with managing risk reviews, control testing, and ensuring that risk exposure is within the company's standards. Applicants must have at least 3 years' of experience in a technology development and support environment, with a focus on vendor management, technology implementation, or technology risk management. The role requires a strong background in technology and operational risk lifecycle management, managing IT audits, and governance and risk management programs. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of technical processes, policies, and risk measurements, and be adept at communicating risk and control findings to stakeholders. A good control mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential. Experience in programming for data analysis in risk reviews is also a key requirement.
