About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Global Markets Business Finance with a focus on revenue, cost planning, and analysis. The successful candidate will serve as a finance business partner to the Global Markets division, providing strategic planning and performance management support. This role involves financial and performance management of global markets, including the production of financial reports, and partnering with stakeholders for budgeting and forecasting. The VP will also be responsible for cost analytics, supporting the annual budgeting process, and monitoring technology capex. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-10 years of experience in the banking industry with a preference for exposure to global markets products, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Applicants for the VP role at the company should be adept at working with large data sets, producing insightful reports, and driving best practices in financial analytics and reporting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential. The role requires the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and to provide an external benchmark view of finance best practices for the business. Responsibilities also include participating in product reviews and new product initiatives within the global markets business.
