Head of Business Intelligence

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the global enterprise BI and analytics strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, overseeing performance metrics, reporting architecture, and self-service analytics initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and generative AI to enhance operational efficiency and insight generation. The Head of Business Intelligence will also be tasked with leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing international team of BI and analytics specialists, as well as partnering with C-level executives and cross-functional leaders to champion enterprise data quality standards and governance frameworks. Applicants for the Head of Business Intelligence position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise business intelligence, with a proven track record in managing a team. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is essential, and exposure to AI or machine learning is highly preferred. The role requires a leader who can drive the integration of advanced technologies to accelerate operational efficiency and insight generation, and who is adept at partnering with senior executives across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a strong background in data and AI, and the ability to shape the enterprise-wide data and AI vision.
