Head of Cybersecurity

The Company is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to spearhead the transformation and fortification of its enterprise security. This senior leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the organization's cybersecurity strategy and transformation roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large, multi-disciplinary cybersecurity team, providing guidance across various security domains, and driving the adoption of modern security technologies. Key responsibilities include strengthening the organization's cyber resilience, security operations, and enterprise security capabilities, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves acting as a senior escalation point for significant security incidents and risks, and partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance the overall security posture. Applicants for the Head of Cybersecurity position at the company should have significant leadership experience in cybersecurity and related technology security functions. A strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and enterprise security is essential, as is a proven track record in leading sizeable cybersecurity teams or complex security programs.
