Head of Strategy

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategy to join their team. This critical leadership role involves driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and inorganic growth activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact initiatives from problem definition to execution, and will engage with senior executives, Board-level stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include identifying and driving value creation opportunities, overseeing strategic governance, and supporting major M&A and post-merger integration activities. The role demands a highly structured strategic thinker with strong execution capability, stakeholder influence, and financial acumen. Applicants for the Head of Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, corporate development, or M&A environments. A background in a leading strategy consulting firm is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading complex enterprise transformation programs, strong exposure to M&A, and experience in high-growth, transformation-intensive, or multinational environments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic problem-solving, structured thinking, program management, and execution discipline. Advanced financial modeling, commercial analysis capability, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are essential, with an MBA or advanced postgraduate qualification being preferred. The role also demands excellent executive communication, stakeholder influencing skills, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
