Associate Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Development to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of food across Asia. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded strategy professional with a passion for solving complex business challenges and a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive regional growth initiatives. This role is key in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, evaluating growth opportunities, and supporting investment decisions. The AVP will be responsible for corporate strategy, strategic planning, business analysis, investment evaluation, strategy execution, and performance monitoring. Stakeholder engagement is also a critical aspect of the role, requiring the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners. Applicants must have the right to work in Singapore and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or related strategic roles is required, with a preference for those with experience in leading strategy consulting firms. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in food, agribusiness, consumer goods, manufacturing, or related industries is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting market assessments, competitive analysis, and industry research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends, and will be able to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps.
