This includes customer onboarding, portfolio and wealth management experiences, payments, and real-time notifications. The role involves translating business requirements into high-performing iOS solutions, driving end-to-end delivery, and ensuring alignment with architectural and engineering standards. The VP will also provide technical leadership to iOS engineers, mentor team members, and champion best practices in the software development lifecycle. Applicants must have a proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-scale iOS applications, with expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and modern iOS architecture patterns. Experience in leading engineering squads, modernizing legacy iOS platforms, and managing technical debt is essential. The ideal candidate will have domain knowledge in digital banking, payment systems, wealth and portfolio management, investment products, insurance solutions, or financial planning platforms. Additional skills such as experience with hybrid mobile architectures, WKWebView integration, and exposure to AI-assisted coding tools are advantageous. The role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to balance technical considerations, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
