The Company is seeking an Area Vice President of Hospice Operations to lead and enhance its multi-site hospice programs with a focus on regulatory compliance, strategic growth, quality care delivery, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the local operational strategy, ensuring financial management, staff development, and quality assurance across multiple hospice sites. This role requires a strong leader with a background in healthcare operations, particularly in hospice, and a proven track record in regulatory compliance, budgeting, and multi-site management. The AVP will also be tasked with building and growing partnerships, providing patient-centered oversight, and leading a team to optimize care coordination and performance. Candidates for the AVP position should have a background in healthcare, with an RN degree highly preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field considered. A minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in hospice or healthcare operations is required, with a preference for those with multi-site operational leadership experience. The role demands a leader with in-depth knowledge of hospice CoPs, CMS regulations, and accreditation standards, as well as strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient-centered care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and the ability to balance strategic, operational, and field leadership. Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and a valid RN license are also strongly preferred.
