The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for Outpatient Physical Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across a designated region, overseeing the performance of multiple clinics. This role requires a mission-driven individual with a strong background in physical therapy, including a Bachelor’s, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in the field, and current state licensure. A minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, and 5 years managing multiple healthcare operations are essential. The Vice President of Operations will be a key player in driving the company's growth, transforming healthcare operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include partnering with regional and clinical managers in all aspects of their professional development, from recruitment to retention. The role also involves developing and executing operational strategies, monitoring financial performance, and serving as the primary liaison between clinic operations and corporate leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
