The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Major Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall direction and leadership to sales associates, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. This role involves managing a large sales team, setting and meeting revenue, profit, and retention goals, and collaborating with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of total sales experience, including substantial senior sales management experience, and a proven track record of managing a large sales team. While a college degree is not required, the candidate should possess outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, and business planning capability. Experience in partnering with General Management and Operations to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives is essential. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include growing the business and the team, providing coaching and direction for professional growth, and managing the implementation of career development and succession plans. The role also involves obtaining and managing written action plans to improve sales personnel performance and ensuring that divisional EEO/Affirmative Action plans are met. The candidate should be adept at reporting and helping to improve sales processes, as well as being proactive in bringing marketplace needs to the attention of sales and marketing.
