The Company is in search of a Vice President, Global Commercial to lead the transformation of its global commercial operating system. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and architecting a scalable framework that ensures consistent, high-quality commercial execution across regions. This executive leadership role demands a visionary and results-driven individual with a proven track record in commercial operations, sales leadership, and enterprise transformation. The VP, Global Commercial will own the global commercial playbook system, drive sales productivity, and commercial enablement, and lead global commercial planning. They will also be tasked with standardizing commercial rhythms, enhancing pipeline management, and accelerating productivity and transformation initiatives. Applicants for the VP, Global Commercial position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in relevant fields and a Bachelor's degree. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into disciplined execution, a builder of systems and commercial capabilities, and a trusted executive partner. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, be passionate about operational excellence, and possess exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
