The Company is seeking a Vice President, Chief of Staff to serve as the principal manager of the Office of the President. This executive role is pivotal in driving strategic and operational excellence, ensuring the efficient execution of the President's priorities, and fostering strong governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative staff, acting as the chief internal decision-maker for administrative matters, and serving as a liaison to internal governance bodies and committees. Key responsibilities include supervising and evaluating executive assistants, assisting the President in compliance with various regulations, and leading strategic and operational initiatives on behalf of the President and executive leadership. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have a Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' of relevant work experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams. They should be a strategic thinker with strong program and project management skills, and a deep interest in public service. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to work collaboratively, influence at all levels, and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills. Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential. The candidate should also have advanced skills in strategic thinking, change leadership, and executive risk management, and be able to manage large teams and complex business needs.
