Vice President of Financial Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Operations to serve as a senior finance leader with a focus on core financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in key financial and transactional accounting activities, developing and strengthening financial processes, policies, and internal controls, and driving process improvement and standardization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong systems orientation, the ability to improve processes, and a proven track record of driving change in a dynamic organization. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing cash management, banking activities, and working capital initiatives, as well as establishing KPIs and reporting to monitor performance. Applicants for the Vice President of Financial Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in financial operations, accounting operations, or corporate finance.
