President

The Company is seeking a President for its Foundation, which plays a pivotal role in advancing philanthropic investment and community engagement. The successful candidate will be the senior philanthropic leader, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising and community engagement strategies that align with the organization's mission and vision. This includes establishing annual and multi-year philanthropic growth strategies, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements. The role also involves representing the Foundation at key events and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making. Applicants for the President position at the Foundation should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive leadership experience in philanthropy, healthcare philanthropy, nonprofit management, or related fields. A proven track record in leading complex fundraising organizations and achieving significant philanthropic revenue growth is essential. The role requires experience in securing transformational gifts, managing donor portfolios, and working with governing boards and influential community stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a CFRE certification is also necessary.
