The Company is seeking a CEO for its Dutch operations, with a focus on critical network infrastructure in the telecom, energy, and utilities sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L of the Dutch entity, leading an executive team, and driving both commercial growth and operational control. This role demands a leader with a strong background in technical project organizations, particularly in energy infrastructure, telecom, or similar sectors, where execution, commerce, project management, and entrepreneurship are integral. The CEO will be tasked with professionalizing the organization, increasing predictability, and fostering collaboration and scalability. Experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of achieving commercial and operational results, is essential. While experience as a CEO is a plus, the company is also interested in candidates with a background as Managing Directors, General Managers, or Business Unit Directors who have held P&L responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a history of driving growth, managing change, and leading professionalization efforts, including the integration of acquisitions and the development of management structures. A good command of Dutch and English is required, as the role involves regular interaction with various branches and occasional engagement with the international group. The CEO will also represent the Dutch entity to Benelux management and external stakeholders, so the ability to operate within an international shareholder context is important.
