Head of FP&A & Group Performance

Greater Utrecht, Netherlands Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking an experienced Head of FP&A and Group Performance to lead the Group FP&A and Business Control function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in building a forward-looking performance management capability and will be responsible for the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-term planning processes. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing a robust performance management framework, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing business partnering to support commercial and operational performance. Additionally, the role involves professionalizing management reporting, connecting financial performance with KPIs, and supporting value creation initiatives through financial analysis and performance tracking. Candidates for this role should have a strong background in FP&A, business control, or commercial finance, with a focus on software, SaaS, or technology businesses. Experience in a private equity-backed and/or M&A-driven international organization is essential, as is a deep understanding of recurring revenue business models. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in improving planning, forecasting, and management reporting, and be adept at working with SaaS metrics. Strong analytical, modeling, and financial storytelling skills are required, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead a high-performance finance organization. The role demands a hands-on, pragmatic approach and the ability to operate in a fast-paced transformation environment.
