Head of Production

The Company is seeking a Head of Production to take on a pivotal role in the management and optimization of its industrial production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational control and development of the production with a focus on maintaining stable and efficient workflows, professionalizing leadership and quality management, and ensuring the economic use of capacities. This role demands a leader who can effectively manage a team of around 150 employees, analyze and optimize various production parameters, and work closely with technical, supply chain, and other relevant departments to meet quality and delivery standards.
